HYLMAN, ever since its establishment, has been committed to involve international practices to safeguarding the environment throughout its entire operations and activities, from top level management all the way to baseline operators and affiliates. In abiding to ISO 14001:2015,

HYLMAN envisages to use best EMS practices to deliver best results and keep its experts up to date, fully knowledgeable, and outright actionable concerning any relevant aspects during and prior to any engagement on all lines of service duties with integrity and as per the principles of the environmental management system and its sustainability, utilising best practices to meet and/or exceed the client’s commitments and create new level of standards to environmental protection wherever possible.

All qualities within the EMS and sustainability action plan, under the classification of green environmental performance, is strictly mandated to all personnel, teams, experts and supply chain, where dedication to understanding the systems is put on priority to ensure ongoing adherence to the principles and measurements to take to ensure effective and proficient actions.

Following HYLMAN's strict procedures for sustainability, it is also officially attested and certified with QMS BS EN ISO 9001:2015, allowing for best quality management system principles and practices instilled within the entire organisation to reflect upon the environment and its sustainability.

HYLMAN always seeks to perform, but not restricted to, the following strategies to improve environmental sustainability in all lines of action and minimise any counterproductive or negative impacts from the initiation of any service and throughout any project's lifetime respectively:

  Clarify and educate practices, policies, protocols, and eco-friendly operations to all relevant persons through clear principles and quality systems abiding and excelling the environmental practices.

  Be energy efficient and reduce energy waste using the latest eco-friendly technologies, practices, and lean operations to perform tasks and deliver.

  Rely on remote work with travels reduced to necessity.

  Switch to cleaner energy sources on every packet of energy used where possible, through performing the contract, communication, transmission, and through implementation of findings and advisory.

  Rely majorly on electronic means of communication and transmission of documents securely, abiding by the officially certified principles to HYLMAN of ISO/IEC 27001:2013, rather than printing or paper works.

  Focus on renewables and eco-friendly materials rather than plastics or environmentally non-supporting processes.

  Advise on reusable and recyclable production/manufactured materials that have zero to limited harm compared to other products or materials without compromising quality and effective outcomes.

  Support local initiatives from an international placement on environmental sustainability as per HYLMAN’s corporate social responsibilities and principles.

  Save and conserve energy currents in renewables such as water and solar, and their long term preservation, while maximising output for clean energy sources on energy grid infrastructures and entities around the world.

  Think out of the box on options reviewed on all renewable energy arrangements through world-class policies and experts, adapting to latest technologies, to implement environmentally friendly structures, plans, and materials.

  Empower climate change actions and policies outlined by international acts such as the Climate Change Paris Accords Act of 2015 and other domestic and internationally acknowledged regulations, and their reviews.

  Use best practices of ISO 9001:2015 to quality management systems to ensure environmental sustainability and energy performance exercised by all persons from a managerial position.

  Ensure energy, environment, and quality principles are abided to their best conditions.
